mOne is a web3 appstore built around a non-custodial wallet, providing secure management of your blockchain assets and access to mini-games, and decentralized applications (dApps). As a non-custodial application, mOne grants users access to publicly available blockchain (on-chain) data, enhancing user experiences by allowing interactions such as viewing token balances, NFT holdings, and transaction histories. Additionally, users can personalize their profiles by setting usernames and avatars, enhancing their interaction within games and apps.

mOne places a strong emphasis on privacy. All off-chain data collected is processed anonymously and with the highest standards of privacy protection. We do not collect or process personal or confidential information without explicit consent.

When using mOne, you import or create a non-custodial wallet, automatically establishing an account within the metapro protocol. Through this non-custodial wallet, you gain secure access to your publicly available blockchain (on-chain) data. Such on-chain data includes your wallet address, transaction history, token balances, and NFT holdings. On-chain data is immutable, publicly visible, and cannot be altered or deleted by mOne or any other entity due to blockchain technology's inherent characteristics. The wallet functionality provided by mOne allows you to securely interact with these blockchain records, perform blockchain transactions, and anonymously connect with games and applications using secure web3 signatures. Please remember, data stored on the blockchain, such as transactions, are permanent and cannot be erased.

Off-chain data refers to data collected from your use of the mOne application that is not stored on the blockchain but processed traditionally (e.g., on our servers or device memory). mOne limits off-chain data collection strictly to essential statistical and functional purposes. Examples include:

mOne does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as IP addresses, names, emails, or phone numbers unless voluntarily provided by you (e.g., customer support interactions). We do not associate off-chain data with on-chain data to identify users personally; these data are used solely to enhance application functionality and user experience.

mOne engages third-party providers to collect anonymized analytics data to understand usage patterns and improve app functionality. Third-party providers process device-specific identifiers, app usage data, device model, OS version, and anonymous advertising identifiers solely for statistical purposes. All data collected by third-party providers is anonymized, aggregated, and never used for targeted advertising or to personally identify any user. You can opt-out of this analytics tracking within mOne app settings.

We do not sell or rent user data. We share anonymized and aggregated analytics data exclusively with third-party providers for internal analysis to improve app performance and user experience.

Your wallet's private keys are stored exclusively on your device; mOne never accesses or stores these keys. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect any limited off-chain data collected.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your off-chain data collected by mOne. On-chain data (e.g., blockchain transactions and usernames) cannot be modified or deleted by mOne due to blockchain technology's immutable nature.

If you reside in the EU, our data processing activities comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have additional rights including access to data, rectification, data portability, restriction of processing, and filing complaints with data protection authorities.
